please help asap LG Sunrise LG L15G stuck in bootloop?

I recently got an LG Sunrise towards the end of September. A few nights ago I was laying in bed with the phone plugged in and texting when a pop up kept coming on the screen. This has happened with the phone before, (ex. would be it saying something like "google.play.failed to update") .... Usually when this happens you just click "ok" and then move on. Whatever kept popping up ( I forget what it said) was popping up every two seconds so I shut the phone off and took the battery out. I then put the battery back in and tried to restart the phone. The phone turned on, LG screen popped up but then the phone played the tracfone screen over and over and over (bootloop?) ... I've been looking up ways to fix it all day and came across Hard Reset. I followed the steps and completed the reset. It took a few minutes and then the regular LG screen popped up... NOW ITS STUCK ON THE STUPID LG SCREEN!!! How in the heck do I fix this? I really, really, really need my phone to be working ASAP.
