Why is my screen unresponsive?
Nothing happens when I touch or press the screen. I believe the screen may be frozen.

It is normal for a device to be frozen every once in a while, or the device may be taking a while to process a task. Consider turning the device off or pressing the reset button on the back of the device.

Consider restarting the device. If this does not work, the device may be reset by pressing the button on the back of the device.
