My TCL TV stopped working after a storm. What should I do?

Have you tried plugging the TV into another outlet in your home? Was the TV plugged directly into the wall outlet or a surge protector? If the TV still won't power on after trying other outlets than likely a power surge has caused some components on the TV power supply board to fail. You may be able to determine the faulty parts on the power supply board by using a multimeter to test. Replace any faulty parts you find. This requires a little soldering knowledge to remove and replace faulty components. If you do not feel comfortable trying to repair the power supply board then you can always replace the whole power supply board for an easy repair.
