Why am I receiving the error message 80073cf6 in the Play store?

'''Hello. When I go into the google play store, I get this error message every time I try to reinstall Facebook. I deleted it because of errors and now I can't get it back. I tried all of the steps some of the forums told me but nothing is working .

I would do a master reset but now my backup option won't work either.

I can't back up my files .

Help.

I am using wifi to do these things.

is this phone not a windows phone... how did you get playstore onto it int the first place?

or you mean Microsoft Store... if that then check your email for error sync in the account and email option...
