SIM 2 has "SIM is missing or error" message

Just got this phone (BLU Life One 4G LTE Smartphone). Looking at the"Dual SIM settings" item on the menu, SIM 1 is working fine. SIM 2 has the message "SIM is missing or error." Here is the SIM card I bought and put in the SIM 2 slot: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010Q57...

I reset the phone once. I also formatted the card.
