iMac EMC No not found in iFixit
the EMC No in my iMac is 2742, I can't ID my make here in ifixit, I need to add SSD but i don't know which guide I should follow.

or

Identifiers: Late 2013 - ME087LL/A - iMac14,3 - A1418 - 2742
I'm not finding a guide on this particular model so here are the differences in the 2012 & 2013:

so i've read a lot about this and i think this post would help you

the above websites show detailed videos, although the videos for ssd are not out yet.. they will be soon and i would advise you wait for them as they are your best bet
but if you cant wait , here are some other options
this method is not specific to your model but it should work as they are both late 2013 models

but personally i would advise you wait for the videos to come out if you plan on doing it yourself

Lately, iMacs have had very few differences between year revisions. Our Late 2013 EMC 2638 guides should work fine for your model: iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2638 & EMC 2742 Late 2013
You shouldn't encounter any significant differences. If you do, let me know!
