when connect in charging my phone is shutdown

sir my battery is very low, so i charge another (china) charger after some time that charger short. thatafter my phone shut down , then i restart my phone phone was on & i use as same condition but when i connect my phone in charging then my phone is shut down. so sir my question is my motherboard are ok or damage.
