I am trying to access a GPT Protective Partition.

I am trying to access a hard drive from an HP that is no longer functioning. When I connect it to my Windows 10 system it reads GPT Protective Partition and isn't accessible in file manager.

What is the best method to retrieve the data? I read that Linux could do it, but can't try that at the moment.
