When I restart my phone it doesnt turn on

I restarted my phone but its not turning on and whenever I press any of the buttons the screen stays black

I REALLY NEED HELP DOES ANYONE KNOW

Hi,

Do you get any indication when you connect a charger to the phone? Does it start to charge? When you say restarted do you mean you just turned it on or did you "reset" it to fix a problem you were having?

@jayeff , I havent tried charging it yet because I dont have my charger on me right now but I held the button until it gave me the restart option, because a lot of my apps were crashing at once

Hi,

When you try charging it, if it indicates that it is charging allow it to fully charge before you turn on your phone. If it doesn't indicate that it is charging (we'll assume that your charger is OK) then perhaps your battery is failing.
