no view on screen...everything else shows up and shutter is open..
pics and video are just black. all icons come on screen and lens seems to be fine..shutter opens and closes just fine

Hi,
If you take a picture, can you download it off the card and see it? You may have a faulty memory card. Remove it and take a picture. It should be stored on the internal memory. See if you can review it then.
