Screws from an iPhone 4's case on an iPhone 5s' case?

In the process of closing up what's destined to be my daughter's iPhone 5s, one of the 3.9mm Pentalobe-headed screws which fasten the devices case disappeared.

I'm wondering if the missing screw can be replaced using the analogous screw from an iPhone 4. (Pentalobe or otherwise.)
