How to change LCD cable (flat)?
when my laptop is turning on , display has dim in some angles.( or half of display is showing)

There is a youtube video titled Acer Aspire One Netbook Disassembly provides a good teardown of how to disassemble to Acer Aspire one D150. At 5:00 minutes the LCD cable is disconnected.
In respect to the flat LCD cable behind the LCD, I found the video Acer Aspire LCD Screen Replacement Guide One Netbook - Replace Fix Repair Install Laptop, that provides the details on how to remove the cable after the LCD is removed.
Both of them should provide the details you need to replace the cable.
