After clearing caches from my phone, the weather shows "No weather dat

I received a message saying my internal memory was low, so I cleared some caches (?) on some apps as instructed to do so on the manual. However, after having done that, I am no longer able to get the weather for my area to display like it had done before. Should I do a factory reset?

Thank you for your help. So how do I go about finding out if my location data and location services are there?

I wouldn't do a factory reset just yet. I'd make sure the weather application still has all your location data, and that any location services haven't switched off or anything during the cache clear.
