panasonic viera 50" wont power on

Panasonic Viera TC-L50ET60B ( TX-L50ET60B ) Won't turn on. Power Led wont lit and there's just no sign of life. Have been checking the P board ( TNPA 5766 1 ) and found out that there's NO voltage in the following service testing points when power is inserted :

TP 7407 - NO VOLTAGE ( when ok there's <1V in STDBY and 24v when power is on )

TP 7410 - NO VOLTAGE ( when ok there's <1V in STDBY and 15.7V when power is on )

TP 7501 - VOLTAGE OK ( when ok there's 5.3V in STDBY and 5.3. when power is on )

TP 7201 or TP 7202 - VOLTAGE OK ( when ok there's 340V in STDBY and 390V when power is on )

I want to find out how to FIX the P-board power board. Find the defective part. Anyone could please help ??

Actually i could not find on internet the schematics for the models listed above and used the service manual of the model TC-L50E6B which after analysing the P-board, found out to be almost the same p-board, with only the position of the parts a tiny little bit different. But the components are the same.
