Screen is falling out and warranty got voided

I have went thru !&&* with this phone to start off I cracked the screen badly and got it fixed at some screen fixing kiosk at the mall which completely voided my warranty. my big mistake was paying the same price the Apple Store asked for at the kiosk. however that's not the point, they did a poor job because a couple weeks later I drop my phone and get the color lines and black screen on one side of my phone. so since my warranty is voided I wasted my money there again and they did a poor job in attaching my screen.... it's coming off from the top and it's also cracked in the left corner. I was wondering if Apple will charge me if I simply just want my screen to stay attached since the peeking screen is worrying me...
