Screen flashes from black to white start up screen

I had my BLU studio X 5.0 in my back pocket well it fell in the toilet it was clean water and I grabbed it out fast I took back cover off there were a couple wetmarks I put it in rice my battery is non removable so I couldn't take it out it would come on fully but the screen wouldn't let select anything now my screen go from black to the white BLU bold like us screen then back to black please help.
