There's a apk for the camera? Maybe I lost or unistalling it...

I cant open cameras. tablet answer me "cant' connect to the camera". i remeber to make a disattivation and then i make a upgrade of android and i think its all lost. maybe an hardware problem too. but i remember the first. its all born becouse i've see that screen cant roteate. so i found this problem to camera too.

im trying to find a camera apk for this tablet, i think the original android camera but nothing. someone can help me?
