not able to charge my battey

i have buy a new battery but still i have problem to charge my battery in ...

it show a error in battery (pluged in , not charging )plz help me out of it

Is your charger working? Can you try another compatible charger?

yes my charger is working fine i have tryed on my freind laptop

it show when i connect my charger on my friend laptop is show pluged in charging

Hi,

Try the following. Make sure laptop is off. Remove charger, remove battery. Press and hold laptop power on button for 30 seconds. Release button. Re install battery, reconnect charger and see if it starts to charge. If it does show that it is charging do not try to start laptop until battery is fully charged.
