wheel is activating but not detecting in the software

i have the g27 wheel it is activating buy spinning both directions but it is not showing up in any game ore the logitech software does anyone know what the problem could be

i have tried re seating every plug but that didn't help

i no longer have the stock wheel so i don't have to wheel buttons plugged in but the board is still sat behind the new wheel but it was working after i changed the wheel
