Why wifi isn't working after replacing battery?

few day ago I had my phone's battery replaced, and no thing special happened, my phone worked good after that yesterday when I tried to connect to wifi there was a error I tried different wifi and soft reset and even hard reset but same problem accord.

it look like it is hardware problem but i don't know why exactly and I want to know is there a way to fix my phone?
