I think the SIM card reader is damaged. The tray won't even go in. I broke the 1st tray trying to insert my nano SIM card with it & ordered another along with a SIM card replacement from Amazon (just in case). Please help, this phone is practically new.

have you tried just inserting the tray with out the sim card into the phone. If it goes in smoothly then your sim card ready is okay, but if you are having trouble putting just the tray you would need to replace the sim card reader which you have to open the glass and remove it.

The tray does not go in with simcard but without simcard it is ok ..can you help ?bought newly s6 edge
