Why my tab does not work?

..my tab is 4.2 jelly bean...when notifed to update the latest version 4.4 i update this version... The device turned of and does not turn on..Now how can i do?

first thing are you update your tab. while you not charge your tab?!! ..

then u can reset your tab but it ill lose all data on it ,, make hard reset to it , i think it will work
