Nach dem Displaywechsel keine Touchfunktion mehr

Ich habe zuletzt von einem iPhone 5 das Display gewechselt, welches schon rot gefärbte Feuchtigkeitsindikatoren aufwies. Vorher hatte das Display komplett funktioniert. Nachdem ich ein Display probierte, funktionierte nur die obere Seite des Touchscreens. Dachte erst das liegt am Display, also zurückgesendet und neues angefordert. Bei dem nächsten Funktionierte der Touch überhaupt nicht. Nun habe ich das alte wieder eingebaut aber bei dem geht der Touch ebenfalls nicht.

Woran könnte das liegen ? Ich habe alles Fachgerecht eingebaut, habe schon viele iPhones komplett repariert und dementsprechendes Fachwissen, wie man dabei vorgeht. Daher verstehe ich das nicht. Könnte es mit dem Wassereindringen zu tun haben ? Aber wenn ja warum macht sich ein Fehler erst jetzt bemerkbar nachdem ich ein Teil ausgetauscht habe ?

After the display change no touch function more

I have recently changed from an iPhone 5 the display, which has red colored moisture indicators showed. Previously the display was completely works. After I tried a display, worked only the upper side of the touchscreen. Thought at first it is on display, so returned and requested new. In the next Worked the touch at all. Now I have installed the old ones but in which the touch is not also.

What could be wrong? I have everything installed Expertly, have been fully repaired many iPhones and corresponding thereto expertise, how to proceed. Therefore I do not understand. Could it have to do with the water ingress? But if so, why does an error only now noticeable after I replaced a part?
