Phone won't accept charge/turn on

So 2 days ago I accidentally fell asleep on the couch whist watching a video on youtube and I woke up and my Lenovo A6000 phone was dead (drained battery) which was understandable so I put it on charge before I left for school and when I came home it still wouldn't turn on, the charging icon thing wasn't even on the screen. I checked every thing already. I tried turning it on by holding the power button for about a minute, I tried my charger (the original one that came with the phone) on my Mom's phone and it worked perfectly fine so I what I did was just let it rest for a few hours so before I went to sleep I charged it again, woke up in the morning still nothing. How do I fix it? Does this mean I have to change the batter pack or the charging slot? I also tried blowing on like the metal thing that connects the battery to the phone and did the same thing to the charging slot, even blotted it with some cotton thinking that maybe sand or moisture just went in.

I thought my phone battery was drain after that I came home and tried charging while charging I was texting and suddenly my Lenovo A6000 switch off automatically and automatically on twice as just a blink with logo and it never turn on and I thought it's dead but when I removed their battery and tried connecting charging cable it automatically on as a blink for few second please help me in fixing it

FIX YOUR PHONE

Remove the cover and then disconnect the battery and hold on power key then charge the phone without battery for 7 sec and then clean the battery plugs not with water dry cloth and then connect your phone

this is because of a minor power failure in motherboard and keep the phone for charging.

Hi, I am having a peculiar issue with my Lenovo a6000 plus. One day it's battery indicator started showing abnormal results. The phone hearted up and got switched off. I tried to switch on the phone with another battery but failed. Tried to charge the battery but again failed. But when I removed the without disconnecting the charger suddenly the phone woke up and started showing charging indicator on screen. That's not the end of surprise. I pressed the power button for a while and the phone got switched on. But when I took off the charging cable, phone got switched off. What the issue with my phone? Why it's getting switched on without battery when charger is connected? Kindly help me.

Hi,

Have you tried a hard reset?

Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore your phone to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.

I had the same problem this morning. Upon Using a different charger nothing helped. Luckily when I took the battery out and blew on it, the phone booted again after putting it back in.

I am having this problem with my brand new Lenovo A6010 since yesterday. The red light that indicates charging is lit on while I put on charge all last evening. But never turned green which it should if battery was charging.

Day before I had the same problem but the phone was on after taking the battery out and back in after a while. Since yesterday, that didn't work. Today, I have also tried both the soft and hard reset but still no luck.

I desperately want to fix it, because its a gift and brand new for just a week. Please share a solution for me.

I used lenovo K80M model...i got the same problem too...the battery cannot be removed. It attached on the phone. I have tried the tips that was given but not succeed. When charged, there is the signal indicate it was charging but it cannot start even if i press any button

Hi broooo...First u do one thing....

Step1:first remove battery

Step 2: Then hold on power key for one min

Step 3:after put the battery....check it...

After then is not on mean ..some motherboard problems....First u check ur charger output.....I think high voltage some time motherboard gone faulty...okay

android system utility its stuck in recovery mode so u should

first enter the android boot menu clean the cache and format the phone....

Try taking out the battery, then put it on a charger without the battery in it. When i did that it made a little buzz sound and i saw that my phone was accepting charge again. Now you might face another problem getting stuck in a boot loop. What worked for me was turning the phone off again, but just with the battery in it and charger connected and held both volume keys but not the power button. And it took me to CwM recovery. I don't know if your phone has it by default, but i have it. I have the a600 golden warrior

I am using lenovo K50a40 . One day it so happened that my phone was showing 0% battery and after few minutes it got switched off. Since then it is unable to switch on and boot. I tried my best to remove the cover then plug in the phone without battery but nothing happened. Can anyone suggest me the best solution to such issues. I will be very thankful.

Good morning i have a Lenovo vibe c i was watch an highlight of a match and my phone went off since if i switch it off it just shows Lenovo and it goes off n keeps vibrating please what should i do please.

I have Lenovo a5000.it does not start even battery is not empty.then ,if I discharge battery fully and keep the phone and battery in deep fridge,it starts again and and 2/3 days it starts same problem.I changed battery also.but problem is still her.

I searched internet for same problem.but nothing found.

if any one can give me solution ,it will helpful for me.

place a piece of paper with the battery to hold the battery near to the port and conect your phone to the charger

I tried using this on my lenovo a369i it worked but after 3 or so days my phone's not opening anymore T__T it's charging but the phone's not opening.. when i tried to press the power button only the logo showed then it turned black T___T

your charging jack isn't working properly & u need to repair it. may be your battery got damaged.

u should have to check it or change

I am using Lenovo A6000 In a Custom Rom. After flashing the another Rom by formating the existing, my device gets vibrating again and again and doesn't getting into bootloader, recovery or anything, phone keeps black screen. But it is Vibrating, please help me

Hello .. I have a Lenovo k5 vibe plus set and it shuts down when I stop using the phone . when I lock the phone and after a minute the phone shuts down without any indication . and then the power button does not work so I had to remove the cover and take out the battery and then I put it back again . this is happening to my phone .. Can anyone suggest me what to do.
