None of the buttons are responding, but the screen still works

I am currently having issues with my Logitech Harmony. Whenever I push the buttons nothing happens. The interactive screen still works so I know it still has power. What could be causing this, and how can I repair it?

It sounds like you may have some dirt or something else blocking your buttons. You can easily remedy this problem by using some Q-tips and rubbing alcohol to clean it. If that is not the case then it could be that the remotes physical switch may be broken, and you may have to replace it. For help in doing so check out the troubleshooting page.
