I was working on my phone doing some work. i turned away to ask a question to a fellow classmate and put the phone on the charger when i went to the phone it was blank i tried to cut it off but it did not give me the option. nothing would pop up not even the lock screen it would light up like it was preparing to buut then go blank. what do i do.

Keep steady pressure on the on/off button.Let go when you see the red lite.If it shuts off try again.I once had to hold down on the button for over five minutes. Reply back If you succeed!
