keyboard, trackpad, wifi, bluetooth all wont work. no water. bed drop

im typing with on screen kb, so forgive my formatting.

Keyboard, trackpad, wifi, and bluetooth all stoped working overnight.

Tried PRAM, smc. checked all connections I could see. Anything to reseat? Any Ideas?

nothing i can think of happened. no water. It fell off the bed onto tile 3 months ago but its been fine ever since until this morning.

What could be the cause of all these problems at once? It was overnight.
