Why is there no sound coming from my device?
When I try to play sound on my device it is mildly distorted. It happens with head phones as well as the actual device speakers.

On this device the headphone and speaker assembly is one piece that can go bad after time. Start with replacing the speaker/ headphone jack assembly and if that does not work then it is likely an issue with the motherboard.
