this morning my phone was okay and it was working well but then something started to pop out saying something like, "send report" or "don't send" and i thought if i turned it off, it would stop, but now it won't turn on but not to my screen. i don't know if that makes sense.

If it's stuck on HTC logo:
Performing a factory reset using hardware buttons:
1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
2. Wait for the screen with the white screen background with text to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
