Why can't I connect my phone via Bluetooth?
I'm having issues connecting my phone to the Soundlink III via Bluetooth.
If your device is powered on but you are unable to connect via Bluetooth, you need to evaluate whether or not your phone has been paired to the speaker previously. If so, you may need to unpair your phone and attempt to pair once more. To clear all pairing history from the speaker itself, hold down the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a tone.
If you have never paired with the speaker before, you need to make sure the speaker is in discoverable mode. This is identified when the Bluetooth LED blinks blue.
