Why can't I find my ip #
when i use my contacts on my phone it does not go through, it asks for the ip# where can I find it?

Go into your phones settings and find your about phone, or about device then look for Status, this shows status of your battery , network, and other info like your imei you will find your ip address here as well as your WiFi Mac address. Hope this helps

Sounds like he's trying to do a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) call. You need to most likely be connected to a WiFi network.
