Why is my touchscreen not responsive to my touch?

I touch the screen and it is slow and sometimes not responsive at all.

Your screen may be covered by dirt or dust that is preventing it from reading your touch. Simply take a cloth and wash the screen. It could also be that you have a broken screen. You may need to replace the screen. Visit this link to see how to fix the screen.
