I know the layers of an apple lcd (glass, polarizer, digitizer, lcd, backlight) but what are the layers of the samsung display? what is the black polarizer like film underneath the glass? its not a polarizer. and what is the foil on the rear?

The foil on the rear is common for samsung phones. I think it is to cool the logic board from heating up too much from the CPU / GPU chip.
