Why won't the slide on my Nerf Alpha Trooper move back?
When I get ready to load the device the slide won't move.

Two common mishaps can be the reason for this issue: either the gun has already been loaded or there is a dart stuck in the barrel of the gun. If a dart is stuck, insert a sturdy wire through the access gate and down the barrel to push it free.

I have the same problem, but there is no dart stuck, and isnt already loaded, the slide don´t move, I have disassembled the slide of the gun and I have discovered that there is a metal hook there, apparently it belongs to the pitcher because in the slide there is a hole for that hook, but the hook does not move, today I try to repair it and it crashed strongly against the I was able to move the slide but after giving the shot I stopped moving again, and I don't want to have to crash it every time to shoot.
