So I bought this netbook 2 years ago and when I open it, this blue blank screen pops up.... Please watch my video guys for full details (sorry for my bad English)

The netbook has a pirate copy of Windows on it, or at least has been detected as pirate by Microsoft due to an update.
I am assuming that this device does not come with a CD Drive, but I am assuming you have access to the internet as you have posted this question.
You may wish to boot the device into Safe Mode with Networking to see if you can access windows that way. Failing that, attempt a system restore through the netbooks boot-up procedure.
Worst case scenario is that you will need to reinstall windows on the device, either by plugging in an external DVD Drive or using a USB Bootable Windows Media.

Oh, I didn't know it was pirated because I bought it from a friend... But are you sure? It is working properly last time. But when I shut it down and open it this happened. This is where I store my important documents and large games in short, I'm using it like my terabyte. I remember some time that I reinstalled windows because it says I have no windows if I recall it correctly.
Yep, I am sure that this is not genuine. Most likely there has been an update installed which has detected the key for the OS is not genuine.
Are you able to boot into safe mode?
