Best Recommended OCA Sheets to use and best practices

We are a Mobile Device Repair center and have recently started refurbishing our own screens. In doing this we are noticing that after we have sucked all the bubbles between the Glass and OCA Sheet we are having a lot of them returning. We are wondering if we just got an order of low quality OCA's or if there are some extra steps that would help us prevent this from happening. TIA
