no service , unresponsive touch screen

hi im at a loss here , first thing lcd was broken the phone was still working at this point , ordered a genuine apple screen to replace , went fine it was working , then my phone switched to no service , and wifi would turn off if i went in another room , so reset it , nothing , reset network setting still nothing , then i wiped the phone and reset and updated to ios 9.3 , then the problem , the screen has no response what so ever , and still no service , the phone is not blacklisted , do all these things go together or are they all different issues ,
