Phone charges with ps4 but won't charge with any charger

Hi guys!

Yesterday my phone wouldnt charge. I tried couple other chargers and it still woulndt.

Once home i plugged the usb to my ps4 and it started charging.

Anybody knows what the problem might be ? And how much does switching the charging port generally cost? I was quoted 120 by a repair guy... is that about right?

Prior to that i never experienced any issue with the device. I tried cleaning the port with a qtip but it didnt work. It would charge with no problem on the console but i get no reaction with a wall charger.
