Why is my sound distorted?
I just bought some brand new Beats By Dre headphones and they work awesome, however when I try to play music out loud, it is muffled.

Hi Marty! Sorry to hear about your sound distortion issue. Firstly have you tried turning it on and off again? If so it sounds like there are a few potential issues such as a speaker covered improperly with a case.
