Model:WB250F ; bought @Bestbuy HOUSTOUN
Worked fine for 2years,
After switching ON , only calendar page is viewed. But cannot change any values. Neither touch nor up and down or side arrow buttons working. Cannot proceed further pages, since controls, navigation are not working.
Please help...

Hi,
As you cannot navigate in your camera, it is not possible to reset your camera using the menu option so hopefully by performing the following procedure it may reset it. It doesn't take long and if it doesn't work you've only lost a bit of time.
Remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, release the button, reinsert the battery and turn on the camera to see if it works normally.
If it doesn't work, see if you can reload or update the firmware in the camera in case it has become corrupted.
Here is a link that shows you how to do it. If you have already installed i-Launcher on your PC you can ignore the first section regarding the installation of i-Launcher. If not, as the Connectivity > i-Launcher (PC software) option in the camera is on by default, hopefully it will still be able to be installed

Pls help, now firmware is downloaded but couldn't upgrade. Becoz shutter button is not working, which is recommended to proceed the upgrade. Pls help.
Hi, Is the camera battery charged? If not I'm just wondering if this may be the reason nothing happens when you press the button. Other than that I cannot think of anything further to help you.
