Not synchronising with mobile or PC not recording any activity
Hi everyone, my vivoactive has stopped counting steps and can not record/track any activity and does not want to synchronize. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey there! If you haven't already, you may want to check out our troubleshooting guide here.
Before trying to tear it apart, I would check your autopause, and making sure that it's pace isn't set too high for your typical speed. As far as it not syncing, if it cannot connect at all, I would check that both devices have bluetooth enabled and are discoverable. If it connects and cannot sync, I would try checking what version of software you are running and making sure that it is up to date.

Hi Alexandre,
I had read the guide and the related vivoactive questions on your forum. Alas, to no avail. Software is up to date and vivoactive and mobile have bluetooth enabled and are coupled. I launched the find my phone and it detected it. Unfortunately no synch. When I try and launch an activity, there is an icon I had never seen before showing up on the left hand corner. From what I can see it is a white cross on top of some red incremental bars. Any idea what it could be and if at all related?
