Overheating and strong. Battery life reduction

Hi guys

Recently my MacBook Pro started to overheat. The fans always run at their maximum rate and battery now lasts one hour. One month ago the laptop was in perfect condition. I tried to reset SMC, disconnect the battery, replace the thermal paste, but nothing changed.

I discovered that the cpu runs at 90 Celsius degrees.

According to OS X battery is in normal condition and it doesn't need to be replaced
