Liquid spill into keyboard, where can I get it properly cleaned?

I inherited a 2012 Macbook air A1466 that had beer spilled into the keyboard about a year ago. It is running Error code "4SNS/1/C0000008: THSP--24"

So this means there's some kind of problem with the Thunderbolt proximity sensor correct?

Even after cleaning the logic board with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush it is doing the same thing; running super slow while the fan is at full speed - same error code. Where can I go to get this thing run through a quality ultrasonic cleaner?? I want to try this first before I delve into replacing components. The board doesn't look like it's in bad shape and I think cleaning it might actually solve the problem.
