How do I fix my iPhone 5s that won't turn on?

Just recently I dropped my iPhone 5s. When I tried to turn it back on I only saw a lighter grey on the screen, sometimes with a couple stripes of my wallpaper. I immediately looked up ways on how to fix it. This website suggested putting it in recovery mode by holding down the home button and the top power off button. When I did this I connected it to my laptop. It suggested to update it so I did. After I did this I was unable to turn my phone back on. It didn't even show the light grey like it did at first. So then I looked up how to fix it again. Someone suggested to first try to press lightly on the backside of the phone and if that didn't work then to take off the screen. It then said to press lightly on a certain metal part to try to rehook the screen sensors back on again. I have not gotten to the disassembly part because it might ruin my phone and I haven't even had it for a week. I tried pressing down around the camera and it didn't change anything. By lightly tapping it I realized that by the camera, a part was loose. I lifted the phone to my ear to try to hear more and I ended up hearing what sounded like what would be described as tiny electric shocks. This part of the phone is also very warm which is understandable because of the energy making the shocks. I don't know what I should do and I am very worried. Sorry for the long description but I just wanted to let everyone know how it got this way so that they could know what is wrong. Please help me if you can. I would hate to have this phone not work after only having it for less than a week. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
