Hey i just changed my battery because it shuts off when he reached 30% so i buy a battery and change it.
The screen stays black there are no things on my screen when i hold gin under the light so the backlight isnt it.
ITunes notice the phone and i allready have restore. It charges but does Not vibrate or something

Check the battery on board and cable connector again - pins are very fragile so you have to be careful but on the other side, you have to be sure that you have a firm "click" contact.
After that, you can try hard reset - press Home and Power button simultaneously for 6-7 seconds till Apple logo appears.
Next - start charging for 1 hour - then try Hard reset again - should work like a charm

...and definitely check your display connection - if you had no problem with screen before it is possible that you mismatch your screws and damaged the Motherboard - screws are different lengths and wrong screw can penetrate through Motherboard

Probably screen has gone bad. You'd have to test it with a known working good display.
