Plastic button tabs for power, volume up and volume down

All,

One of our users dented the back of their SurfaceBook which damaged the SSD module. We were able to order the the iFixit tools and were very successful with taking apart the unit. We were amazed we didn't damage the screen. We confirmed the SSD module was damaged and ordered a replacement. We installed it and everything worked fine. When we started putting the unit back together the external case buttons and the internal system board buttons did not line up and the plastic 'T-shaped' plastic tabs didn't line up correctly and broke off.

The first picture is from iFixit with the tabs present on the board. The second picture shows the button circuits with the tabs broken off.

The third picture shows the plastic tab and estimated dimensions. (Our tabs are now in two pieces. The top of the T and the base of the T). We confirm the circuits are still good as we can probe them with a plastic needle. Wondering if anyone knows where we can get a replacement. Worse case, we may look at carving our own out of plastic. It would be a shame to die at this point as everything else went so well.
