My phone's screen goes black but operating system working?
my nokia lumia 720 phone's screen goes completely black and not working after soft and hard reset. Although the phone operating system is working
Kindly guide me for proper solution.

As far as I can understand by your explanation.. you're saying:
After doing a soft / hard reset, your screen goes black.
Does that mean it shows the Nokia toast? (Or android symbol or anything) https://i.ytimg.com/vi/0vHZY0V_BoM/hqdef...
Then just goes black?
Or does NOTHING.. NOTHING AT ALL, show on your screen? (Backlighting doesn't count)
