Someone should really do a guide on what a motherboard/logic board actually is and what it means inside a phone and what its role is…
Yes if u have an iPhone 6 let's call it A and u have another iPhone 6 B, u can swap the board from A to B and vice versa, however it means ur moving anything on board B to housing and screen A… this includes iCloud information, data, network locks and everything else basically as well as any faults board B has :)
Board B isn't a board with a hard drive somewhere seperate in the housing of phone B board B is essentially the whole phone with its data and any hardware faults etc
I'm sure someone can explain it better
No u cant change board from a 7, x or anything else into a housing for a 6 or anything else like that, the battery, screen and board fit the housing for their relevant model, a 6s will not fit and it doesn't fit the other way around neither

Yes you can change one motherboard from one iPhone 6 to another but make sure you take the home bottom from the motherboard as there’s only one for each for fingerprint scanner

is it possible to take an iPhone 7 logic board by itself and put it in either a iPhone 6 or an iPhone 6s. I am doing this because my iPhone 7 logic board/motherboard is unlocked from icloud whereas my two iphones, 6 and 6s are locked.
