water & dried worked fine charging sort-of but itunes doesnt regonize

i dropped my iphone 4s in the toilet quickly pulled it out padded it dry with towel put it in rice for two days then put it on charger worked perfectly fine for three days then just turned off no response my two different chargers wouldnt work the next day with a new charger plugged it into computer worked (only at the right angle) (also at first kept acting as if i was plugging in an taking out the charger very fast making the bell sound an lighting bolt blinking screen flashing) unplugged an plugged back in an was fine again itunes wouldnt reconize did i do perment damage can i fix ?
