possible film roller problem?

Hello,

so my camera isn't producing any film at all.

The little window that shows how much film you have left only shows the letter "S" and when i turn on the camera and try to take a picture, it makes this weird sound, then I see a red light.

I will seriously appreciate it because i can not find answers ANYWHERE.
